Hernando County - Clerk Happenings

General Information - I Make It Happen Awards

Employees make everything happen. The manner in which they make it happen determines the level of customer service that is provided and the impression that is given to our customers. Customers are not only the public, but also co-workers and employees of other departments and agencies. Team relationships are a vital part of the fulfillment of the Clerk's Mission Statement:

It is the duty of the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court to provide a wide range of services to the public, judicial system, County Government and other agencies.

The mission of the Clerk of Circuit Court's Office is to provide these services with pride, in an honest, professional and efficient manner, while fostering a spirit of friendliness and cooperation.

Our Customer Vision is to see our services through the Customer's eyes and respond to their needs as a team.

Congratulations to the recipients of the "I Make It Happen" awards who were recognized at the recent Employee Meeting! The "I Make It Happen" awards are given to Clerk employees who have gone above and beyond the excellent customer service normally provided by Clerk's Office employees.
