Tax Deed Sale Records and Associated Images Are Now Available Online! Effective December 8, 2008, the Tax Deed Sale Records/Images will be available.

-Go to the Clerk's Website at: www.hernandoclerk.com
-Go to the Records tab in the menu bar at the top of the page
-Towards the bottom of the list, place your mouse over Tax Deed Sales
-Select Tax Deed File Search

Note: Prior to conducting a Tax Deed search, you will need the Tax Deed Sale Date, Owner's Name or Certificate Number.


Documents filed in the Clerk's Office
The Clerk's Office cannot accept documents via e-mail, fax or other electronic means for filing that are court records. If you would like to file a document in your case, please deliver it to our office in person or by regular mail.
