The fastest known retrieval method is to use the case number search located at the bottom of the screen.
If you do not know the case number, you can search using the following:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Social Security Number
- Date (violation date)
- Birth Date
You can search for Criminal, Civil, Traffic, Marriage Licenses, etc. You can find a list of available case types listed under the Court

Case numbers are in the State of Florida, Uniform Case Number format. For your reference, the uniform case number format as decreed by the Supreme Court is:

To protect yourself from any legal action, the landlord should file a formal eviction. When the sheriff serves the final
paperwork (Writ of Possession) on the property, the landlord is then authorized to remove anything left in the premises.
