Subscription Service Information

The Hernando County Clerk's Office offers additional site features to individuals entering subscriber agreements. A simple registration process is required to become a subscriber. The section below describes the subscriber agreement currently available.

Official Records Subscriptions

The clerk offers an Official Records Subscription which allows access to probate and family court documents. In addition to the Official Records (OR) accessible on the public website, this search provides the index and images for the following:

Court files, records of paper relating to matters or cases governed by, the Florida Rules of Family Law, the Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, and the Florida Rules of Probate
Death Certificates
Miliary Discharges

To access this information subscribers must pay an annual subscription fee of $150.00. To become a subscriber for the Official Records access, please complete the Official Records Subscription Agreement and mail to the address shown below.

All subscribers are required to submit a completed agreement and a check for the appropriate fees, if applicable, payable to “Hernando County Clerk of Courts”. Agreements and fees are mailed to The Hernando County Clerk of Courts, Records Division, 20 N. Main St, Room 362, Brooksville, Florida, 34601, for review, approval, and processing.
